Priced by the space your stuff fills in the truck: a half truck is $429, three-quarter $599, and a full truck $795. Big, packed spaces may run multiple loads — we'll tell you up front and there's never an hourly meter. Note: hazardous items like paint and chemicals can't go in the truck — see where those go in our disposal guide.
Good to know.
How much does a cleanout cost?
Most run $429 (half truck) to $795 (full truck), by volume. We walk it with you and give a flat price before starting — no hourly meter.
Do we have to sort everything first?
No. Pull what you're keeping and point at the rest — we sort, carry, and load it all, including the back-corner stuff. We can also go room-by-room.
Can you do a fully packed basement?
Yes — deep basements and 3-car garages are our most common job. Multiple loads are fine, and we carry it all up the stairs.
