Dismantle
We take the structure apart on-site — roof, walls, framing, floor — pulling nails and screws so it comes down safely instead of getting yanked over.
Haul
Every board, panel, and shingle gets loaded into the truck — plus any junk still stored inside if you want it cleared in the same trip.
Clear the pad
We sweep the site and leave the pad clean and open. Want the concrete slab gone too? We quote that part separately on-site.

You get one all-in number before we start swinging. What moves it: the size of the shed, what it's built from (resin and metal break down faster than heavy timber), and how packed and accessible it is — a shed stuffed with junk behind a narrow gate takes more labor than an empty one by the driveway. The concrete pad or foundation is quoted separately if you want that gone too.

We haul the shed and all its debris and leave the pad swept clean. The concrete slab itself is quoted separately — want it broken up and gone too? Just say so and we'll price it on-site.

Yes — wood, metal, and vinyl/resin sheds, plus playhouses and old playsets. Metal panels get recycled; resin sheds come apart panel by panel. Whatever it's made of, we dismantle and haul it.
